This unit has been specifically designed to fit your existing barrel line. It uses no doors , and no clamps. Open area is phenomenal , as parts have line of sight to the anode baskets. Spray rinsing is viable for extreme wastewater reductions , re-routing of existing tank filter systems ported towards the open basket tops can create solution transfer rates previuosly unheard of.  As seen below , baskets lift out in seconds and go straight to the dryer in one smooth step or  baskets can be rigid mounted to the fixture , making 100% automation of an existing barrel line a plausible reality.  Different loads can be processed side by side without mixing , a smaller basket can be used for small part loads.
   Baskets with various size perforations can be used to optomize performance to parts being plated.
This is something new , its not a horizontal barrel , it wont replace every horizontal barrel in your shop , but it will provide a new ,very fast , efficent method of proccessing your parts without buying a whole new plating line. We can even re-use your existing barrel superstructure in many cases with no permanent modifications required.
