Standard Plating Barrel Assembly

Shown above is a standard configuration plating barrel , four point setdown , for a manual plating line. The basic design is interchangable thru many different manufacturers , and has been an industry standard for many years. Cylinders are generally a six sided hex construction , ribbed or bent , depending on the manufacturer. Standard perforation is 3/32 at approximately 28% open area , with other perforations and open area specs available.
