B&P hires personell on as as needed basis for permanent positions. We train all employees. Normal job functions include machine setup and operation , including lathes ,bridgeports and other normal machine tools , secondary operations such as drilling , tapping and deburring , as well as daily use of table saws , routers , and other hand tools. We have a very diversified product line , and usually ship finished assemblies and parts coast to coast.
  We are a plastic fabrication facility , initial training starts with welding of plastic using "Kamweld" plastic welders. Employees are trained to proficiency in use of Kamwelders.
Our 10,000 sq ft+ facility is air conditioned for the summer months and is readily accessable by connecticut major highways,[close to ESPN sports network]
