I have XXXXX brand equipment ,what can your company do for me? B&P regularly provides and stocks replacement parts for competitors lines of equipment
I have a supplier already,why should I shop around? Today ,many companies competitive bid everything ,including replacement parts. Usually ,we can save you some purchasing dollars.
My entire line / shop is XXXX brand equipment ,and its time for new barrels , can you provide these? B&P has prints on file for most o.e.m. manufacturer's style of equipment , however ,it may be required that you forward a sample unit , or approve drawings of new equipment to be built.
How good is your equipment ? We can provide more references than you could ever use , likely some that you are already familiar with. Further ,on specific applications, we have actually sent barrels to customers for trial runs to prove out our equipment side by side with others.
I heard from XXXXXXXX supplier ,that your company.......... Unfortunately ,some of our competitors don't take to kindly to us. We have recieved many orders and many customers for providing superior equipment for less money than a customer was currently paying. This has undercut our popularity with some suppliers. We here at B&P do not believe in discussing any competitor in a derogatory matter. Its simply not good business.
Well,if you guys are so good,why does it take so long to get barrels? You answered your own question. We have grown busier and busier ,without a slowdown ,for a very long time. We are averaging 150 - 200 barrels on order at any given time. We are continually looking for ways to increase production ,and have made investments in manpower and machinery. It seems the faster we turn them out,the more that go on order.
What about these new-fangled barrels, some with patented designs? We have looked extensively at some of these designs, to determine if there is demand for them on the market,thier overall impact,plus's and minuses , etc... While most of these units do have a place , unfortunately , most of them have very bad side effects as well, such as proprietary parts ,extensive accesory parts reqd , poor lifespan , improper duty loads, etc...These are all part of the give and take of durability, Overall , be careful of smoke and mirror's ,and look at the long view of what you are purchasing.
